Socializing

I had a conference yesterday with my five-year old’s kindergarten teacher. The school provided babysitting services in the gym so I left both girls there during the conference.
I was kind of worried about leaving the four-year old since she is very shy. I was relieved that she did not freak out, in fact she had fun. Evidently there was a baby there and she loves babies. As I was putting them in the car to go home, she said excitedly, “Mommy, there was a walking baby there! And we petted him!”
